Facial rehabilitation of a former chronically inflamed face with a PEG cross-linked HA

Patient

A 66-year-old Fitzpatrick II female smoker with chronic recurrent facial inflammation from prior silicone oil, Artecoll, Luminera, and Crysalis injections.

Results

Combined with non-ablative fractional laser, treatment restored tissue elasticity, turgor, and skin luminosity safely over three years.

Treatments

Underwent facial rehabilitation with PEG-HA from 2.2022 to 5.2025. Neauvia Intense 6 ml was linearly injected in deep midface fat (22G cannula), Neauvia Stimulate + Neauvia Intense LV 36 ml fanned into superficial fat (22G blunt cannula), and Neauvia Rheology injected into the dermis (30G needle, linear threading, peri-oral and cheeks).
