50-year-old woman, Fitzpatrick III, with advanced facial aging, cervical/submental laxity, poor skin quality, enlarged pores, dyschromia, static lines, and uncontrolled rosacea.

Results

At 6 months: restored malar and temporal support, softened folds, redefined jawline and chin, and reduced submental laxity. Marked skin improvement with smoother texture, smaller pores, reduced erythema and pigmentation, and enhanced glow. Zaffiro amplified PEG-HA biointegration, producing lasting, global rejuvenation.

Treatments

Combined Smart Dual System using PEGHA fillers (Neauvia Intense, Intense LV, Stimulate) for structure, volumization, and redensification, followed by Neauvia Hydro Deluxe + Zaffiro infrared/hydro-exfoliation.
