Patient

A 47-year-old female with progressive midface volume loss due to weight fluctuations and no prior filler history sought lifting without excess volume.

Results

Results showed natural lifting, skin firmness, and refreshed contours with minimal downtime.

Treatments

The protocol began with Neauvia Hydro Deluxe (2.5 ml point by point) for skin hydration and preparation. In the second session, Neauvia Intense (1 ml, bolus and fan) was applied to the maxilla, while Neauvia Stimulate (2 ml, bolus and fan) targeted the zygomatic arch and mandibular corner. Zaffiro infrared tightening (30 mJ, 90 passes) further enhanced elasticity.
