Combined use of fractional LaserMe and Plasma IQ sublimation for the treatment of atrophic acne scars

Patient

A 54-year-old man with long-standing atrophic acne scars.

Results

The protocol achieved visible scar reduction, smoother texture, and a more even tone. This minimally invasive combination proved effective and safe, providing significant improvement with minimal downtime.

Treatments

Underwent six combination sessions of LaserMe and Plasma IQ. Sessions 1–2 used LaserMe 25 mJ/2.0 mm plus Plasma IQ; sessions 3–6 applied LaserMe 35 mJ/1.8 mm with Plasma IQ focused on deeper scars. Post-procedure care included topical reepithelialization products.
