Our Hyaluronic Acid dermal fillers are packed with an implant card that should be completed by the healthcare institution/provider and handed over to the patient. The card comes with preprinted traceability labels with the manufacturer and device traceability information.
The physician or healthcare institution/provider shall complete the card with the relevant information and then give the completed card back to the patient. The patient shall keep this card safe and protected during the period the device will be implanted.
